Does any have a picture of the upper control arms without the bushings?I was removing the old bushings .but I'm not sure what is bushing and what is arm.

Be sure to unscrew the ball joint. Don't pry or use a press, etc.

Ooops, sorry. You wanted bushing area pics. Lemme see here... The flange is part of the bushing but there is a shoulder on the outsides of both holes that stick out about 3/8" or so. The bushing flange stops against that shoulder when you press it in.

Yes I did unscrew them. This helps, the bushings are so rusted its hard to see.I will be takeing them to work to clean them up.

That's when you're doing the single-use method  In that case it's easier and less time consuming to just pitch them in the scrap heap.

I used a bolt to push the old ones out with a press but the hard part was going trhough the opposite side to get to them. I believe one of them came apart from the inside out and I had to use a hack saw and grinder on the outer bushing sleeve to get it out. Nothing can be easy.
