Shows a blue 68, but the tail panel is also blue... not right for a RT.  I don't recognize the car, perhaps he's phishing?    No description of anything... weird

I asked the "seller" to send me a photo of the tag so I can post it, and increase the chances that the owner will be found. He said he would.
