location of washer pump wire on 72 se

rebuilding somebody else's parts car, can't find brown wire in engine bay--is it with headlight wires or somewhere else? Oh yeah 1972 Charger se 318 auto three speed switch

It's in your wiper harness top block on fuse box in engine bay.it's brown and comes from the wiper switch to fuse block and then from there out to the washer motor.hope this helps.

My mistake it is on the engine harness top block in engine bay.been wiring way to many mopars in the past months.

Thanks for your help, found it wired into carb--now I gotta figure out where that wire is, they had the harness twisted out of position I now have a red wire with a "hood" on the end thats loose behind the alternator.

ORIGINALLY no red wires into engine harness. Only red wire into a harness is on Headlight harness to headlights
