I think the ignition light delay relay goes here, but could someone confirm with me?

Thanks Guys

The factory emergency flasher in my '71 was rectangular and was in a bracket similar to that

Nacho-RT74

rounds flashers fits there too, thats the reason for that shape

HOWEVER... on ashtray location, at least on 3rd gens, fits really the turning lights flasher. Emergency fits on brake pedals and column bracketing

yes, originals emergency flashers which were heavy duties are rectangular

Ignition light delay flasher just hangs around mostly of cases just taped to the harness, originally with cloth tape. They don't have an special location around, being an extra option

It makes sense the turn signal flasher goes on the ash tray. I will put it in there.

I need to locate the emergency flasher. Mine does not work now need to repalce it. My car is an air car and I think the flaher goes in a bracket on the fresh air vent? There is a bracket there for something.

Nacho-RT74

bracket for both is the same, just on a diff location.

hazzard flasher can be same round than turning lights, just be sure is heavy duty to drive 6 or even 8 bulbs. 6 bulbs is good, since cluster pilot and hood/fenders doesn't sucks a lot. In fact IF YOU WERE CARRING just pilot and hood/fender, mostly sure won't blink or will blink SLOOOOOOOOOOOWLY. Not enough load to heat the bimetallic inside

NOTE...

some flashers ( turning and emergency ), on plastic housing has a small stud what fits on the bracket hole location. Simply fit and  1/4 twist and will keep on place. That will make not necesary the bracket ( but don't trash it! ). Everything depending on hole shape and size. it works on mine at least

 Thanks Nacho
I got all the cut wires connected to the correct locations, got the cluster lenses all cleanes up with the plastic polish and the gauge faces cleaned up. I bought an ignition switch light delay module from the dealer and hooked up...works great. Ash tray light wire hooked up bulb changed works fine. Instrument panel lights work great after cleaning up the dimmer switch. Noe ready to cruise. :2thumbs:
