Hudson Hornet !

Hello folks. I am replacing the intake on my 383 and have a question about valley pans. Do you guys use any sealant for the pan itself or does just bolting the intake on seal the runner area?  Or is there something else I should use?  Thanks for the suggestions in advance.

I use a thin film all the way around and seal the runner ends and corners really good.
I pointed to two old drunks sitting across the bar from us and told my friend
"That's us in 10 years".
He said "That's a mirror, dip-shit!

Omit the paper intake gaskets and use Hylomar sealant on both sides of the valley pan around the intake ports and Permatex Copper RTV sealant under the front and back.
