NICE!!!!  :ricky: :woohoo:

I did, uh... nothing.
But... I did get my new header gaskets in today, so hopefully tomorrow I can put them in. Yay!

I was going to take mine to work today but it was a little too muddy in the back yard so it stayed home.  When I came home today I went to redo the headlight adjusters and subsequently broke 4 of them installing them  :flame:  :brickwall:.  Now the left headlights are sitting on the floor in front of the car waiting for another kit to come in.

I charger the battery.... started it up.... then closed the garage door, still salt on those roads.

Didn't quite hit 60 here but it did get warm enough to wash the boss' pickup and car hauler (yeah I'm a kiss ass).
I also managed to squeeze my own car in and truth be told it was more fun than real work anyway.

Went & picked up the new drive shaft today for the 70. Had Ft. Wayne Clutch put one together, I supplied the slip yoke & 7290 joints, had them make it to 51 inches center to center since a Dana calls for 50.960 c. to c. distance, 3 inch dia. all the way. Tomorrow will strip off the paint they put on it, & put on some self etching primer & repaint it. Put it in, bleed the breaks & break in the new 3.73 gears, hopfully Sunday or Monday. Other than that, she still has her rear in the air.

Besides working on model projects of chargers, I went out in the wind for alittle while and did some work on mine. I'm working on the interior on removing everything to redo it.

BIGBLCK11

Started it up for a few minutes.  Then, removed front and rear bumpers to have them re-chromed.

I was on the Jay Leno site and watched a clip of how bad winter gas is with the higher concentrations of ethanol and how it can dry out rubber parts and cause valves to stick so I went out and fired up the ole car for a while to keep things lubed.  To much salt and sand around here to make a run with it.  :'(

We actually hit like 54 on Friday. I backed my 70' out to clean out the garage alittle from all of the clutter that has gathered since we have been snowed in for so long. When I put it away we kind of got hit with a quick winter & it only had less than a 1/8 of a tank from the last time I drove it. I have backed it out numerous times to do side jobs, work in the garage, etc & it was now on double "E". I was going to take 2 five gallon cans up to the station & fill them up with 93. Then said heck with that its 54 & sunny I am driving it. I had numerous compliments & comments from people who couldn't believe I had it out.
