I have a mid 70's 360 that I'm building up.   Could I put the Lunati Voodoo 268 cam 60403  in with the stock valvetrain with no problems??     Or should I go down a step to the 262 cam .475 lift?   I'm in the process of buying some parts and I want to get it right without having any issues after I put it all together.

Picking a cam is dependant on the rest of the engine combination as well as the components that will be used in the car (Tq converter/rear end gears)

Sure that cam can work with stock valvetrain components but you would need to use the correct valvespring for that lobe profile  :yesnod:
