Now THIS is cool - Bullitt Chase Recreated in 1/32 Scale

Not sure if this has been posted before, but this is one of the coolest things I've seen in quite awhile. This guy (Steve) is recreating the entire chase from Bullitt in 1/32 scale using slot cars. He's also making all the back grounds and San Francisco skyline from scratch... very cool stuff. Check out the trailer by clicking on the link.

This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

  I bought both of those slot cars...  ran them a few laps on my friend's track and put them back in the cases. 
The Mustang is a fast runner - unlike the movie car  :lol:

  Charger is too pretty to mess up - but has problems with skinny bias ply tires just like the movie :icon_smile_blackeye:
