F6 C500 going up 4 auction

I last saw this F6 painted C500 in 2007 in the car coral in Carlisle....seems like they did some touch up since then...

Its going off Friday 2/18 at the Atlantic City, NJ auction

Since it was at Carlisle though the car has at least picked up one item that it didn't have then. Now it has the broadcast sheet. I was bidding on it when it was for sale only to then look at my spreadsheet and see who's car it was and gave him a heads up and he purchased it.

The other question is will it actually sell for close to what the asking price was when it was at Carlisle. Wasn't he asking $60K for it then?

Granted it is a factory A/C car which does make it a little desireable but I don't recall any other real special options that the car has.

Never seen F6 with a green interior, only F5 or F8 exterior

Seems like a lot of money for that car. Paint doesn't looks the best and non original color. 45 k sounds more like it.

The F6 isn't the original color, but this isn't the only C500 that is painted F6 green now. I think they look pretty good in F6 but then again it wasn't available when the 500's were built.

I like the color, even if not original. It looks naked though without a stripe... $60k seems too high to me too.

Am new to forum. But  I saw this car 2-3 years ago at Carlisle. The F6 color is rare and I know of one sold a few years ago in Ventura Calif. It was F6 green with green interior whilte wing, auto and air Price was 33000 and it was for sale in the LA Times paper. Have a few pictures and somewhere the info on data tag. Poor car had been too long along the ocean. One side of rar bumper has rust pits from the salt air.
