sway bar mounting bracket

Back when hotchkis was having a sale, I bought a pair of their sway bar brackets for my LCAs (my car is a 72 without a factory bar). Here's the product link: http://www.hotchkis.net/late_mopar_control_arm_bracket.html

I have the LCAs out for blasting and coating, so I wanted to weld the tabs on. Hotchkis doesn't provide any info on their proper positioning on the arm, and they weren't able to tell me anything when I sent an email to their support line.

Is there anything anyone can tell/show me on how to line these tabs up before I weld them in place? I don't want the sway bar to not fit once I get everything put back together.
