  those hubcaps are the same as my dads 67 dodge polara,9passager 10,000 pound station wagon had . i had to wash it all the time so it was not as embarrassing to ride in that whale.hide in 3 seat alot of the time,as we had 7 to 11 people in it many times..

 Body/Chassis/Tires/Paint/Chrome/Electrical:
THE CAR IS STOCK WITH NO CAHNGES TO THYE ORIGINAL SPECS. NO COMPONENTS OF THE CAR HAVE BEEN ALTERED. EVEN THE CHRYSLER DECAL FOR AIR CONDITIONING REMAINS ON THE WINDOW. TRUNK HAS THE ORIGINAL TOOLS AND SPARE TIRE.
 Interior:
98% OF THE INTERIOR IS ORIGINAL AND IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THERE ARE SMALL HOLES ABOVE THE SUN VISORS IN THE HEADLINER AND FLOOR MATS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN USED, HENCE THE CARPET IS LIKE NEW.
 Restoration:
THE MOTOR, TRANSMISSION AND TORQUE CONVERTER WERE REBUILT 6 MONTHS AGO. THIS CAR IS A SHOW WINNER!

Looks like the first pic and second show two different sets of hubcaps

Maybe they used the R/T emblem off a challenger,so it's just stuck on there.
At least then there wouldn't be any holes left if removed.
