Installing headrests for 69 Charger

I just got new seats with covers and need to cut the holes for the headrests. How should I do this without screwing up my new seats?
Any tricks to the trade?

I just did the same thing. i just felt for holes screwed on chrome trim and made a small "x" in big hole with razor blade. keep in mind chrome trim piece center hole is offset from mounting screws. so dont mount chrome trim backwards!
