Any recommendations for a certain dye I should use for armrests? I want to make black ones saddle tan. Also, I have gold seat belts I want to dye sadde tan. Is RIT the best thing to use, and if so, what color?

It is not recommended to dye seat belts. You may weaken the webbing, and I would not use old ones either. They may fail when you need them the most. There are services that can restore your belts with new webbing if you want to keep your OEM hardware.

Or you can buy new retro looking ones.

I've used these many times and they are very nice.

For the arm rests (if they are vinyl) I used Herb's and it looks really nice and goes on easy. He has all the Mopar colors too.

I've used SEM dye products for interior trim.

You can dye seat belts.  The RIT dye is an aniline dye and is how the belts are colored in the first place.  I don't know if they have the right color and you have to follow the dyeing process correctly for the dye to set properly.

As to whether you should use old belts or not that's up to you.  Given their age, who knows if they would hold up in a wreck.

Fortunately, the belts have been repoped and are available from either PG Classics or BEA Mopar.  See link:
