Electric cutouts... Good or bad? Do they leak? Not seal properly? Fail after a few uses resulting in them being frozen OPEN?

I've heard both, from reputable sources.. But I'd like to hear from some of you that have used them...

Someone recommended DMH.

My cousin has a set he ran all of last summer and he loves them.  No problems with leaks or closing.  I will find out what brand.  I do know the electric motors hang down a tad on his chebby.

I got a set on my Charger from Pypes, guaranteed for life! And they are going back! Wont stay closed. Have to keep reaching down and re-closing them. I love the function of them. Very cool to get obnoxiously loud at will, then be very quiet. They are easy to get on and off. We will see how the next set works.

I haven't ran any yet but plan to their was a thread awhile back about electric cutouts from what I remember they all seemed to have alright thoughts about them and don't remember anyone having any problems besides some saying about the motors being a bit low on some cars and motors being hard to fit because of the size

My cousin's are made by Quick Time Performance.  He has had them 2 years actually.  I verified that he has had no problems at all.
