Any phone tricks

I have been trying to get R/T Specialty's on the phone at diffrent times for about a month. Is he still in buisness? Or is there some secrect phone ring combo I need to get someone on the line. I know I could just order on-line but I like to talk to live bodies.

Fairly common complaint.    Fortunately, there are several other vendors who distribute Tom's parts.   Someone here will chime in on who to go to.

I've bought many parts from Tom and while it might seem he is unresponsive, it just takes him time to get to the phone sometimes. Let it ring, he'll pick up.
