There is (was) a show on that featured a couple of guys who were going around to auctions and trying to anticipate what the selling price of a variety of cars would be.  Does anyone know what it was?

Troy

There's one called "Chasing Classic Cars" which is all about some guy buying and selling (usually through auctions).

 Sports Car Market?..
Keith Martin who used to have a weekly spot in  Autoweek magazine,.. estimating classics - and now on his own - has done some TV shots,.. here one..
I thinks he's about as knowlageable as they come...

here's a link... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jU5-G-fa9Bs&feature=channel and a funny one too..  :smilielol:

BTW: He was involved in bursting the bubble of some auction houses a few years back when he uncovered the shill bidders and was promply black listed by them. Some "owners/flippers" were not amused and lost Big.

I remember the show.....they even did an episode at the "dealership" in the Carlisle, PA fairgrounds....I think it was called "Whats My Car Worth?"

QuoteCo-hosts and car experts Bill Stephens and Keith Martin examine cars and estimate their prices before the vehicles are auctioned. Bill and Keith travel the country appraising vintage European sports cars and classic American autos, including a Boss 429, a Shelby GT500, and a Sting Ray. Less

Troy actually had it.  I didn't think so based on the link to the site or the name for that matter at first but a look through the past episodes got me to exactly why I asked the question in the first place.
