does this changes the output HP on your engine ?... I guess of course changes at what RPMs puts out the max HP posible, but changes the max HP lever too ?

if it does... how much affects the max HP output?

Cooter

Retard= Upper end HP....Loss of some Low end Torque

Advance= Low end Torque boost....Loss of some upper end power....

Depending on engine specs, this can be as little as 5 HP or as much as 50 HP...

The LSA will effect idle quality, installed centerline- not so much.  It will increase cylinder pressure though.
