In my state(WV) I don't even need a license to hunt, as I am a landowner and can take a certain amount of game each year as long as it is on our farm.

Well, in that case, I guess you just go bury them in the  "outback" somewhere and be done with it if you shoot someone.  Much easier than trying to find a place to bury someonn here in the city! :cheers: ;)
