MP, except rotor  is around 90° off and counterweights are adjustable, IT IS THE SAME STOCK PIECE from exterior and even uses same stock replacement parts ( each one of them except counterweights and shaft, but they are usually free mantenience and replace required )

You can choose rotate spark plug wires or relocate intermediate shaft to find the number 1 and make allmost a plug and play job
