does anyone sell reproduction hood hinges, or is there anyone who rebuilds them?

I need a hinge hood rebuilding service too ( also doors ), but overseas deal makes it not affordable, and pieces without core return ( to save at least one shipping ) is not cheap either

Nacho just buy a bushing kit, get someone to blast the hinges you drill out the holes to oversize and put new bushings and pins. The kit is about 10$ and whever it costs you to clean them, heck you could probably just use parts wash or carb cleaner and a wire wheel.

door hinges are easy, I made it. ( just that used bad quality pieces and need to be redone again ) but will be great get rollers and S springs too. SMS doesn't sell them, just offer the rebuilt service. I can get better bushings and pins locally though.

it requires a slight mill down job to fit the bushing too.

there are S springs vendors too... but not rollers.

hood hinges are very diff story.
