Wire harness for 68 work for 69?

I;m converting my 68 charger into a 69 charger with diffrent tail pannel, my question is will my 1968 tail light harness work for the 1969 tail lights, bulbs, etc? Thanks for the help in advance!

It would need work. 69 more bulbs,I think reverse light are different aren't they? Isn't the rev light for a 68 in the center of the inner taillight?
