Trunk lid will not open with keyless entry or the button on the inside

The trunk lid will not open with the keyless entry, or the button on the inside, or with a key. I checked the fuses...fuses are ok. Please help!

Not sure where you live, but is it frozen? Does it sound like its trying to release?

All Chrysler vehicles go into self destruct mode starting at the 4 year point. Best to think about selling it now before it goes Chernobyl on you.

No. Its not frozen. It doesn't even click when any button is pressed. And the key will not open it. I have to crawl through the backseat and pull the emergency latch.

any chance it got jammed up or a loose or cut power wire going to the poping mechanism?
