Denso IWM spark plugs-anybody tried them?

I ordered a single Denso IWM24 plug because it appears to be the shortest 3/4" reach plug around...but not cheap at $11 each. My #1 cylinder has no plug boot clearance on my Hooker Super Comp 2" headers-all the other cylinders are great. I'll give this a shot and see how the heat range works.
Anybody seen these up close?

I have seen them in small block Chevy motors...seems to work well

When I had headers on the black 66 back in the 80's...what I had to do on 3 cylinders was take the plug boot off so it would not arc through the boot to the header

I've tried the NGK iridium and noticed it's more tolerant on mixture quality and got slightly improved mpg.
The don't last long in carburetted engines however; I got 2500 miles out of them.
Switched back to normal copper plugs because of that.
