i have the stock rims on my 73 dodge charger coupe with 78 reman 318, 727 torqueflite auto and 8 1/4 rear.   I think the rim size or name from the factory was the F78 rim which is 14 inch rim with 14 75r 205 tires and i was wondering if any guys or girls out there could tell me if you can fit a wider tire on the stock rim to leave a more impressive foot tread :icon_smile_cool: any help would be great thank you very much...happy holidays...

the rim width is 5.5" , call a tire store & they will have specs for the minimum rim width for any given tire or just look online specs are often posted
