Daytona Jack?

2 questions, which threaded rod hook is proper to hold the spare tire down? I think it is the one with the bolt but not sure. Also the spring if you want to call it that, is broke in my bumper jack, see pic. Can you get this part and split the jack or just find a different jack. Looks like the 3 pins holding it together would be hard to simulate on reassembly. Any answers would be great. Thanks Rob.

yep correct  , the one with the bolt  through it !!  for spare hole down 
as for the jack  , could look for another one  ,  i have never taken one appart ?? , might be able to find a spring from some where  ,
