Well my driver side door has a little sag. I've heard that you can replace the pins?, and this will be cured. How did you guys fix your sagging doors? I am having a hard time finding complete hinges that aren't aftermarket. I did see a set on ebay for over 200 dollars. Is that a fair price? thanks for any help.

The drivers door on our 69 sagged a bit too. You can buy hinge rebuild kits or buy a new hinge. We bought a new hinge and its like closing the door on a new car...................you know that sound - "snick". No slamming, no rattling, no bounceback just a satisfying "snick".

I rebuilt mine using a kit. It was fairly easy and cheap to do!

Before there were and even after sometimes, hinge repair kits for the Mopars, I just simply greased the hell outta what I had left, and then shimmed the lower hinge where it bolts to the door with washers..Works great..

The new kit comes with oversized pins & bushings, It is cheap and easy to do so you might as well do it right the first time  :2thumbs:

Did you have to do any drilling with the kits, and do you know a good supplier of them?
