On a 1969 B-body when factory equipped 15" recall wheels - What color is the rim for the spare ? black or body color

future project :whistling:

For Styled Road Wheels (a/k/a Magnum 500's) in 1969 the spare was black, so I would assume W23's would follow suit?

Bill,

I would assume it would follow the same standard as the Magnum/road wheel with the black painted steel spare.

Spare was always black unless it came with body color painted rims & dog dish hubcaps, then spare would be body color as far as I know. LEON.

Danny,
It's not a real W23 car , but if the car gets done thats what it'll get if I have my say in it. picture a B5 Hemi powered lawnmower

Yup my buddy Ronnie sold that car last year sniff, sniff...I can say I had a hand in the restoration of that beauty.
no it wasn't originally coded for the W23 wheels but it was a real 1 of 99 4-speed 'vert in a very desirable color combo
