Anyone use the new repro headlight and dimmer switches ?

Hey Guys,

Has anyone here tried the new reproduction 68-70 Charger headlight switches and the 68-70 B-body dimmer switches?

Just wondering if they are reliable?

wow....... I got so used to prices for my rat rod I almost went into shock when I saw the bezel kit for my 69 Charger :shock:

I have the dimmer switch, with the modern guts, but have not used it yet, as my car's wiring is still mostly laying loose inside the car, hehe.

I didn't know they made a new headlight switch that would work on a '69.  It has to have to little arm on the side for the vacuum switch to open the headlight covers, and all the ones I've seen didn't have that.

I'll have to check and see if there is a new new one available.

Fortuantely, these days you can almost buy a whole new charger online between about 5 websites.  WooHoo for the aftermarket!

dash dimmer switch
fitted one a few years back !!  it was from charger specialties ,  
there is a thread somewhere  , what happen  & how it went !!
but !!  you have to swap the  top & bottom wires around from the factory plug  , there is instructions supplied with the switch
