You mean by what method or how to pack it? Why not just ship UPS or USPS?

skip68

Sorry, I should have said how do I pack them..

I think some thick cardboard and packing tape would work fine. Just write " FRAGILE - DO NOT BEND" on the outside. I guess if you really want to protect them you could get a couple sheets of 1/16 masonite from Home depot cut to size  to keep them ridged and from bending. Just put them next to the door panels and wrap them in cardboard and tape.

In a cardboard box by some sort of mail carrier.  :smilielol:

You may not want to write FRAGILE on it.  Remember this thread from about a month ago.  It said the packages with Fragile on them, took more hits.  Unfortunately, the better you pack it, the heavier it gets and the cost goes up.

I like Jims idea.   Thanks Jim....   I remember the thread about fragile.

You didn't mention if the door panel clips were still attached, so I'll suggest removing them so there isn't any chance of the clip ripping the vinyl on the adjacent panel. I'd also bend some extra cardboard around the corners of the door panels in case the box bashes into something.  :Twocents:

I would use 1/4 plywood (luan? sp?) lined with cardboard.  The wood handles the protection and rigidity requirements and the cardboard keeps the wood from wearing on the vinyl.
