All my neighbours tells me that I'm influenced by "The American way", they say all I need is
JR's hat. What's wrong with big cars? :smilielol:

Actually, if it makes them feel better you can tell them that I really enjoy drinking beer (which I'm pretty sure is a European invention  ;) ).

When your Charger is sideways, just give it more gas!

Beer is an Ancient Egyptian invention. (Ancient enough that Egypt wasn't a desert)

Um...Per...help me out here...What exactly is the 'Belgian Way' such that the 'American Way' is so different?

Who shot J.R.?  :scratchchin: My name is J.R. and all the time the older generation asks me... as in the show Dallas i guess it was a big hit back in the day! ive seen some episodes. but dont rightfully know the answer i think it was his sister or his wife...
Restoring a charger is like a saying I heard along time ago "I never said it would be easy, I only said it would be worth it".... Jesus I wish I could remember who said that...

RallyeMike

If it wasnt for the American Way they'd all be speaking German twice over. Tell them "Thanks for the compliment!"

Funniest thing is that they do appreciate my Dodge Ram when there Volvos, Fiats and Peugeots are stucked in the snow and I have to pull them on the road again or  when they can send along some scrap when I go to the scrapyard.
I also actually think they are a little bit jealous of someone living out his dreams instead of having a boring life only working and watching TV and make
sure your garden is nicer then your neighbours.

Charger looks nice on the trailer, don't get me wrong, but why do lower rear quarter panels ext. meeting lower rear valance look odd?
Hey, you can hate the game but don't hate the player.

b5blue

Well PR, I mean Per, we don't question all the folks driving cars from other country's here so maybe in this way your more like us then them!  :2thumbs: (The refection of the trailer on the corner of the Charger is what dads_69 is seeing.)

If the "American Way" is such a bother to them, they are more than welcome (encouraged, actually) to go back where they came from.  :RantExplode:
Speed\'s expensive, how fast do you want to go?

Ghoste

His neighbors are in Belgium.  ;)

six-tee-nine

Well I don't get that remark Per......
I have a German cr as adaily driver though.....

What seems to be the problem with people that like america or american cars is that alot of them look like ZZ top members with shirts with ripped of sleeves and ALOT of tattoos, driving Harley's and banged up pickups.
I'm not joking really....some US car shows they are all over the place driving drunk with their Pickups trough the camp site blowing dust all over the other cars......
They can get me upset fast.
Problem is that alot of other people put everyone driving US cars or liking American hotrods or musclecars in the same area. They think we're all rednecks

Happy New Year Per!

As you already know, there are snobs, racists and bigots everywhere. Stay true to yourself and listen to your heart.....it never lies. Always take the high ground, by continueing to do those favors for your neighbors i.e. pulling them out of the snow, taking scrap to the yards for them etc. you are showing them your true character. I'd be happy to be your neighbor, we would tinker with our cars and make our gardens the envy of the entire area!  :2thumbs:
