Where would I get some new front and rear door arm rests??

Not sure if that's what they're called.

Got some new ones from Yr one and had to get another set because they were sooooo very bad I thought they'd been left on the highway. Anyway the next set were equally rubbish

Any one know where to get decent ones?

Are we talking about the padded part or the base?

BE&A would probably be your best bet for reproduction arm rests but I haven't seen them or heard any reviews. The other brands are junk by all accounts. My best luck has been buying good used ones off Ebay.

Also, I see that Vans Auto Salvage reproduces some that look pretty good, at least in the pictures. I asked them if they are made by BE&A and they said, "no they are not from BEA, we make these." :shruggy: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=400182495570&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:MOTORS:1123

BTW, if you buy used ones be sure the fronts (13") don't have the ash trays. That's a C-body feature not a B-body feature but some sellers try passing them off as such.

Thanks Guys.

I have bought a lot of moneys worth of bits from BE&A previously but he doesn't seem to be replying to my later emails.

I'll try again.....he served me well previously

Hmm. :scratchchin: Didn't know that. There's probably lots of nice, used C-body donors for that one. Passenger arm rests usually survive pretty well anyway.

Bull, you're the one who actually turned me onto the fact that C-body ones were the same as 67 Charger ones a couple or three years ago.

Well, I learn, I forget, I relearn and reforget. It's a vicious cycle.

I bought a repro set of white ones years ago from someone at one of our local Mopar swap meets...they were so hard that I took them off..it was like resting yer elbow on a brick...I need a good set of white ones as well

I like the reforget part, now I know what my problem is too.  ;D
