I had a great drive around our county on 12-25. There was a break in the weather - rain was coming, but all the snow was melted - so I ran the Road Runner around the empty roads before the next storm hit.

Took some nice pictures, the light was awesome as the storm was coming in.

I really like them, think I'll enter some of them in photo shows. The second posting has 2 black and whites included. The last b&w picture is my favorite, and I'm calling it "Wrong Side of the Tracks".

LOVE your Roadrunner  and beautiful pics! Looks like picture winners to me!

;D Nice car and pics! I would love to do that on a mild 30 deg. day, but I probably never will, due to all the salt on the roads around here.  I  usually even wait for a few rains in the spring to rinse the streets off.

care to share? What wheels are those?

They are TQ Aluminum, with chrome finish, from Stockton Wheel. http://www.stocktonwheel.com/index.php

I like the Stockton 5 spoke better than classic Cragars, they just have a smoother and deeper look (Cragars are my 2nd favorite). At their website Stockton shows the TQ wheel with a 3 pronged center cap. I don't have those. Would probably look fine on a 30s roadster but not on the Road Runner.

Hey Bud,

Great pix especially the B&W. Did you shoot those up near the old airport buildings? The RR looks scary fast just sittin' there. Happy New Year!

Beautiful 'Runner !  Those Stockton's are Killer

Member Kamcuda has a 68 post Runner that just got painted the same color as yours.  :icon_smile_big: It's getting a 500in Pro-Charged Wedge. Ladder Bar rear suspension and mini tubs. Maybe we can get him to post a few pics.

Another buddy has a red 69 Runner with an F2 Pro-charged all aluminum 547 Hemi.....makes 1200+ HP and runs 9.30's. Flat hood and looks/sounds like a 12 second ride. The ultimate sleeper  :icon_smile_cool:

What's under the hood of your car ? I know it's a hemi but i've never seen build details. Great Car !
