automatic trans suck in any car unless built up imo

I had stock C-6 Fords go 200K. Floored them everywhere they went, loaded trailer or not.

Problem is that your C-6 was behind a smaller hp/tq rated engine than what is in your Dodge. Torque is a tranny killer

Would be willing to bet if it was behind a cummins it would probably hold up ll the same.

It's good trans as long as you don't abuse it, if you do plan to put aftermarket upgrades on truck it's advisable to upgrade it. These trannies are bulletproof once upgraded
