anyone heard any thing bad about the Ray Barton built 528 hemi.there is one advertised locally 640 hp,$19000 brand new never used

Never heard a discourging word, top quality.    Most important it won't have any INDY rockers.  

PS ask over at the moparts forum too, lots of Hemi gurus there.
