Looks like a hurst hood and paint job on a 69.  Need to see the rear to see if it has the Hurst deck lid and quarter extensions.

I loved her then and I love her still. When a met her a few years ago she was still great looking and very, very charming. She remembers the name of  everyone she has ever met. Very UnCanny.....No jokes!

For the record, TUFCAT also thinks she looked very good in 2009.  :yesnod: :yesnod:  For an older woman...she still gets :2thumbs: :2thumbs:

...Oh yeah, for clarification purposes, in the second picture (I THINK) I was pointing to her valve stems [on the car].  :icon_smile_wink:

I met her at the MCAN show a few weeks ago... got some ok pictures of her and another famous Muscle Car guy chatting.  I also helped her when she came in on Friday.  Very nice person.

Kinda confused here about the car?  They did make Hurst conv's.  I've seen them.  Not the real car in these pictures but limited Hurst cars.  That looks like one to me?
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

The 1970 Hurst Chrysler 300-H was a hardtop and no production convertibles were offered.

Btw, Chrysler built "THREE HUNDRED" convertibles from 1966 through 1971 and were always known as a "THREE HUNDRED" not "300".  By 1972 the name was dropped by Chrysler, along with the C-body convertibles.

Last I heard, Hurst built ONE convertible for Linda to stand on.  There may have been a second, official Hurst built, but the rumor was it was wrecked very early on, so they had to built a second.
There is supposedly a dealer built convertible that also had a Hemi transplanted into it.  I've seen pictures, where the hood normally says '300 Hurst' the photo showed what looked like a 70 Challenger non-shaker hood '426 Hemi' emblem.

What is the VIN of this CL rag? The ad says 383 but the original engine may be gone....need the VIN for starters. All the hard tops were 375 horse TNT's.
