Center Caps for Vintage General Lee Vector 10 Spoke Rims

I recently purchased these American Racing center caps, but they do not fit my vintage General Lee Vector 10 Spoke 15x7 rims.
What can I do?  Make them fit by opening the center hole of the rim?
Or where can I buy some that fit?

A friend of mine had the same problem. They almost went in but stopped just short, so he Gently tapped them the rest of the way with a rubber mallet. So far so good!

I didn't have that issue with the rims I bought.  The caps actually fit a bit loose.
Slightly off topic, but can the caps be bought separate?  One of the decals came off one of my caps and it's kind of annoying me.

I lost 2 of mine. Bought these on eBay and they are more flexible and haven't lost one yet. To bad I gave my 2 original ones away.

I have a spare cap AND decal that hasn't been fitted.
