Here is my new Grant wheel with walnut wood.  I know it's not stock, but I will hang on to the original.  I actually got it for xmas last year, I was waiting to swap it when I did my 4 speed install.  I really like it, looks very old school to me, like the ones I always saw in the late 70's as a kid at car shows.  I just got around to making up the decal for the horn button today and thought I'd share.

LOVE IT!! Thats what I've been wanting for my 70 RR...but settled for a "tuff wheel" that I don't like. U wouldn't happen to have a part # would ya?  :2thumbs:

That look awesome! You'll have to post some pics when installed.  :2thumbs:
I pointed to two old drunks sitting across the bar from us and told my friend
"That's us in 10 years".
He said "That's a mirror, dip-shit!

You done an excellent job making an emblem for the horn button. It looks like something that could have been original. How did you do it by the way?

Thanks, I do some vinyl signage/decals on the side, mostly for fun and few dollars here and there.  I like playing around with fonts and graphics. I wanted to setup shop, but it is hard to go from a weekly paycheck and benefits to self-employed.  I have a Roland cutter/plotter and use SignLab software.  It was pricey back when I bought it, but now you can get setup for under $500 or less, with an entry level rig.  The red is holographic vinyl, $5 a foot, that really made it look commercial.  Luckily, I bought just a foot at a local sign shop and not a $100 roll.

I can probably hook you up with that.  But, the outdoor life on the holographic film is much shorter than the regular heavy vinyl I use.  I will check, but I think it is rated for 1 year vs. 5-7 years.   However, it is not like your car sits out in the elements.  I was actually going to pm you on a 70 right front turn signal lens, as it was suggested by another member.  Maybe we can work a deal, if you happen to have one.

It is a Grant - Classic Series,  Part #967-0.  You need the specific installation kit.  The billet horn button adapter and black center are extra, it comes with a chrome steel horn button.  They have a Plymouth one for ya too!  I was debating on the mopar button, but decided to make the triad logo and have my own custom.  You can also buy a blank button.  You may be able to find a combo elsewhere, but Summit only lists a Cheby one that saves you $8 for the button and billet adapter together.
