Need some help. I am am redoing my complete dash using auto meter gages. I am using the original light switch, window wiper switch and flasher switch. My dimmer doesn't work so I'm leaving that off, disconnected. Everything works great except the indicators. When I put the indicators on (with the ignition switch on), either right of left they both come on, right and left. the flasher switch works fine ignition on or off, the lights come on fine, the brake lights work, the back up light works, the high beams work and I have replaced both flasher units. I cant see a short. but I can't get the indicators to work independently, any ideas out there.
Thanks

I verified the grounds, even tried multiple sources for the ground with the same results, cant seem to stop them from both coming on at the same time.

I'm a little confuzed on reading yer post....but maybe your 4 way flasher switch is on or wired wrong? Possibly a bad turn signal switch also
