Correct AC box for '68 Charger?

Please take a look at the attached pictures.  Will this AC box fit my '68 Charger?  From looking at it, and the holes in my fire wall, I believe it will.  I'm only a little confused, because when I look at others pictures, their AC boxes look different.  Also, this specific box doesn't seem to look quite like the pictures in my FSM.  Also, at the end of the box towards the passenger side, what attaches (or what's missing) at the oval hole in the bottom of the cowl metal duct?  Seems like I'm missing something here...
