Pretty good story indeed, however, not to be a nit-picker, but there are many exterior cues that don't match the vintage picture; such as wheel well openings are shaped differently, the ldecals are different, "By Petty" is absent, and the definition between the nose cone & fenders isn't there.

   Its a "back in the day" thing. No two stock cars of the era were exactly the same so when it comes to a rebuild its get it close but not dead on. :Twocents: With Buddy Bakers no.3 white 68 Charger there are 3 pix. that I have seen of different configurations. One even had the 68 dash still in it. :shruggy:
