They like pimping out their scooters too

What's the point of suspension on those scooters? Looks like any kind of variation in the pavement would scrape the lowers?

I'm sure they are on airbags. They just lower them when parked.

i wonder what supports the weight of those wings on the vans. seems like they might shake at highway speeds :shruggy: i actually thought if the big wings on top were gone from the mickey mouse van it could be pretty cool. but then i was in the vanning days of the 70's customizing the big boats. wouldnt mind having an early dodge van now matter of fact.  thanks for sharing.

They give new meaning to the word "Dodge Mini Van"

Thats a Japanese creation of a A100 on some modern day Jap mini-van platform. Definitely kinda cool.

i know where there is on of those early 70's dodge vans sitting behind a farm house with a great body on it. these pic's might get the old blood flowing to do a cruiser that can pull the charger around for long distance events. :2thumbs:

Someone should go to jail for building those vans at the top. :rotz: Felony misappropriation of funds, public indecency, disturbing the peace, etc.

the noses wouldnt do any roads around here.and the wings are way over the top. wonder what the insides are like?

What!.....how can you say that no creativity went into those things. I think they look like real life cartoon creations. I wouldn't be caught dead in one, and the over-the-top flairs, fronts, rears and wings aren't my thing, but, I sure think the effort they put in deserves some respect.

Those are little too,.. even the bikes are 3/4 sized, I think they're for slow urban cruising and being parked I can't imagine them actually being driven and Parked in Tokyo on the street let alone driven at highway speeds.
Japan is a country filled with the finest craftsmen and always has been, their standards both artistically and their Vehicle licensing conditions are far and above anything here in the states.
That REAL Dodge Tradesman Van looks almost exactly like the one I drove the snot out of for over ten years.
Also notice how narrow their vehicles are that's why the Japanese cars imported from over there are so slim, like the older Acuras they are taxed on width. Most Japanese cars sold in America are designed for the U.S. - though I understand they have relaxed their width standards in the last two years.
There is also a very active American Auto hobby over there, I know MOON industries has a show there every year and it's huge.

More than likely they all have 4-6 cylinder engines, so they can't go very fast with all that stuff on them anyway. They kinda remind me of those completely over the top 300s/Chargers/Magnums that I see at shows...I'll see them on the freeway after the shows and the 2.7's they have can barely move the thing.

Sydmoe is right, it all looks like the stuff the characters drive in their anime cartoons.

Japs definitely are weird bunch. Anything from crazy vans, to clubbing dolpins, eating aforementioned dolphins raw, etc. they HAVE done it. Maybe it has something to do with U.S. dropping a nuke on them decades ago, their people suffered brain damage that affected next generations...
