Yes that is original.I have the same thing on my 70 Charger 500 with a 383..I think a lot of them rusted off, but since my car is from Texas/New Mexico it is still there :icon_smile_big:

I love how the positive battery cable is held on by the wingnut..  :slap:

Did the base model 70s have them? I don't think mine did. :shruggy:

The guy's VERY optimistic on his asking price. ::) As rusty as it is it must not have spent too much time living in AZ.

Standard heat stove except Hemis & 6 packs.  I don't know about 6 cylinders?

bull, that front heat shield bolt is where I have my dipstick tube bolted to in the Daytona...just in case you were wondering in the other thread about the tube

That car was listed on Ebag maybe 3-4-5 months ago.  I think (could be wrong) but was thinking it stopped (did not sell) at about 8500-9200 range. I am holding out in hopes of finding a B5 70.  :drool5:

That list keeps getting posted and it's full of mistakes. It should be edited and corrected or removed from the web. Orange 383s and 440s in 67/68 is one that pops out. The reference to 69 340's and red is confusing also.

It was in 70. It's hard to make sweeping statements about 383s as applications vary by year, model and factors like transmissions.
