Couple of questions:

1. Is the only thing that holds it in are the 2 clips per side orare there any hidden fasteners in the the lower radiator crossmember?
2. Who sells those clips?

the clips are speedometer cable clips which everyone from R/T specialties through Mega Parts sells.

my seals have been gone since we got the cars in the 70's but those four clips are still there on each car...I don't think there are any more.

The clip is not wingcar special .Common speedometer cable clip Dave @ PCG also has them and other wingcar hardware

How 'bout that!; now that you point it out, it's plain to see what they are! Am I correct in assuming that thosr are the only 4 things holding the flap on?

when I put mine together, I drilled a few holes and used those little plastic push-in thingys that look like a Christmas Tree when you turn them upside down
