Hello

I finally got the 68 Charger on the road. The car idles beautiful (thanks Allen)... the radiator is as clean as a whistle inside (thanks Allen), the carburettor works pretty much perfect (thanks Allen), no problem with anything. We drove the car back home (150km) the day we got it registered. 383ci, 727 on the column, car used 10L over a 100km trip, that works out to like 22-25MPG... THAT really surprised me because it uses as much as my mums 6 cyl fuel injected toyota and we didn't conserve fuel as we went up over the mountains, gave it gas up each hill so it could have been even more economical had it been driven purely 'cruise' like.

Extremely happy with this car and with its Fuel consumption I can drive it pretty much all the time.

THANKS ALLEN!

Pictures will come soon  :icon_smile_big:

What's your engine combination and rear axle ratio? Nice to see those 20's.

383 4barrel   I am very glad you are happy with it.  I truly miss it but I love the Daytona and never would have been able to buy it and keep the 68.  I look foreward to seeing some pictures.  Allen
