I wanted to repaint all my dash pads and stuff.
I order SEM 15033 and this is the results...not that good.
What to use or shall i just go on with it?

Thorough cleaning is the key!!  Meaning all contaminants must be removed.  The vinyl and plastic interior pieces...Duplicolor actually makes an aerasol dye....and it's really not a paint.

It looks like the color does not match, is that what you are not happy about?

Did you look at their Classic Coat 17xxx-series colors for vinyl and leather?
