What is the difference between a 69 and 70 Charger ralley dash harness??

some variations to 70s...

-hazzard switch location, ignition switch location ( both moved to column )... totally diff plugs for them.

-electric concealed lights ( no more vacuum lines and control attached to headlights switch, and added harness and relay )

-horn relay inside the cab ( under the dash frame ).

- Then, extra wires to sidemarkers, but I think thats spliced from parking lights out of dash harness

68 and 69... I think just the jumper wire on harness ( headlight switch ) that keeps the parking lights turned on with headlights also on on 69s.

piece of cake to modify one in another

Would the wiring for the optional rear defroster not also be in a different spot?

poppa

I am trying to go through this "tangle" of wires, first thing I found was they exit the fuse box from different sides, flasher in different spot,radio/back up wire has different tracer color,69 has more wires total going from the back of the fuse box,68 has one fuse "spot" empty. More when I find my patience.

back up wies are diff depending if lates or earliers 69s, being earliers switched on at shifter and lates at NSS.

diff spots of some stuff doesn't mean won't work.

definitelly lot easier 68s and 69s than these with 70s
