hi bill
unfortunately these places have been taken advantage of by un scrupulus people.
they have in the past given dogs to people who have used them in puppy farms orjust purely for thier pelts
or worse to breed indiscrimately so bad dogs become worse ones...

just let them see your place & the love you have.....
