Hey Guys!

How can i fix a few broken tabs on the center grilles on 71 hideaways?

I guess there pot metal?

Can i sand or bead blast the grilles and parts? (Its going to be painted)

Edit:

Anyone use any of this stuf??

Yes they are pot metal. Don't sand blast them. Someone tried that on one of my grilles which is another reason I painted mine black. I used some paint stripping products, took a few applications but worked good. Could probably bead blast but I'd be real careful.
Have never seen that muggyweld product, couldn't get the video to load either.

I bead blasted mine and it worked out fine. I had a lot of blisters in the chrome, so I blasted them and painted them.
