Interesting use for a General Lee

I did like the DOH episode with the 4x4 GL, when I was a kid.  But, I would still rather see it as a car.  It looks like it is in pretty decent shape.  I have def. seen 100% rougher ones resurrected on this site.  I guess you could say, it is one of the cooler rigs for pulling your car to the track.  Whatever floats your boat.  I would at least get some decent mudders for it.  The pic is from a Pinks 2010 event (I think I recall seeing a shot of it on the show).  I didn't find this particular 4x4 GL posted here before, so I put it up.  It has the louvres someone here was looking for!

I found these pics of the same charger. I dont remember where i think it was on ebay maybe a year ago ?.  The guy also has  3 more charger 4x4s one of them  has or had a wing on the back.

would love to know where they bought the rear window louver. want one for my 70 . or would they sell that one. need one to finish off my charger. i have the rear wing and a front spoiler. just want a louver.

This guy has a junk yard in Yaldesse, NC.  He also has a Challenger R/T WAGON.  Think his handle on ebay is 440sixpack.  It is close to that anyway.

There's so much wrong with that I don't know where to start, so I won't. But I will say louvers on a Charger is all wrong too. Sorry Mike.

I agree.  It just defeats the whole purpose of styling back there to fill the space with louvers.  That sort of gingerbread belongs on Mustangs and Cudas, not Chargers. (maybe 3rd gens but they are just big fat ponycars anyway)

Was a craigs about a year ago, believe he try to sell one of those offroaders.. for 5k I think.

I could be wrong, but I thought he wrecked the General a year or so ago.  I thought he went out four-wheeling, slid the car, and crushed the rear quarter.
