Just bought a 1970 Cutlass Convertible........had a 69 few years ago and couldn't resist this one
has had body off and frame all done blasted painted , has a perfect running 350 rocket and rebuilt tranny......all exhaust and everything done
Body needs done.......I will replace quarters, fenders and doors
the seller also gave me new fenders, and a ton of other parts
then he sold me a factory ram air hood, complete new interior from year one and I got a rear factory spoiler wing
car has power windows, top....perfect dash

it was originally limelight green....may keep that color.....but not sure

I got all for under $3000 so I did well ..........hoods can sell for that

It is wrapped up now for the winter as I have to complete the charger first

But am itching to get at it!

Very cool. Can you get any pictures of it without unwrapping it? I wouldn't mind getting a peek at it.
Speed\'s expensive, how fast do you want to go?

My paper route managers husband had a 70 W30 442, yes a REAL one. Faded paint and a glovebox full of low 12's slips...man I wanted that car. They moved and he took it with them to restore.

Pictures wanted.

Cool another Olds fan  :2thumbs: Sounds like you got a nice deal. I got a couple myself. I picked up a 68 convertible about 8 years ago for a grand. It need restored and sat in the same garage since 1976. It has the original top and interior that looks great.

Good score.  I was looking for one myself a couple of years ago.  Always have been a fan.
My name is Mike and I'm a Moparholic!

This is as close to Olds as I ever got. I had a '65 Olds 88 a bunch of years ago, but this one is the one that stuck around for a while. Not as cool as the A body, but mine ran pretty good.  :icon_smile_big:
